MEET SAMANTHA - FOUNDER OF IT'S A LIFESTYLE

Over the last three and a half years, I’ve transformed both physically and mentally - losing body fat, building strength, and pushing past limits I never thought possible. But more than that, I’ve built confidence and found peace with my body. True change starts from within, and that’s what It’s a Lifestyle is all about.

My journey didn’t begin with strict discipline - it started with small choices, learning through trial and error, and staying curious. That passion led me to strength training, nutrition, and self-care, inspiring me to create It’s a Lifestyle to help other women do the same.

This platform is for women at all stages - whether you’re starting out or looking to optimise your health. Life has ups and downs, and our bodies change with it. My goal is to build a community where we can all learn, grow, and support each other. I’m still on my journey, always evolving, and I’ll keep sharing everything I learn along the way.
